I loved my stay at this hotel! The location is very nice and relaxing. The staff were pleasant and always willing to help with our needs. The indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind. The breakfast was excellent and the happy hour was well done.

The hotel is highly recommended for everyone.

Had facilities needed in my double room, including a TV set, a small refrigerator, and a chair. The breakfast was wonderful and there were a good choice of options...

Really enjoyed the place, had a real good stay on a business trip. The stuff was competent and knowledgeable, kept everything fairly clean and nice. Overall it was well furnished with queen bed. The breakfast was enjoyable and exceptional and there was a wide array of tasty food.

The hotel has a great location close to shopping and attractions, making it super convenient for exploring. I really enjoyed the spacious suite we had and the complimentary buffet breakfast was a definite highlight-so many tasty options! Plus, the evening reception added a nice touch to unwind after a long day.

But wow, the overall experience was pretty rough. Checking in took forever, and the front desk staff seemed pretty indifferent. I had a lot of noise from kids running around late into the night, which made it hard to relax or sleep. It felt more chaotic than a family-friendly spot, not ideal if you're looking for a peaceful getaway.

I had to contact front desk three times for extra pillows and blankets.

It was fairly clean, the staff was helpful and competent, plus the service was OUTSTANDING. We booked an impressive room with a pull out couch.

Even though everything was good, some of the staff were not very friendly.

My wife and I stayed for three nights for a convention, and we really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The spacious rooms were newly renovated, which made for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, featuring a delicious variety of options. The evening receptions were a fantastic way to relax after a busy day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly during our check-in experience, despite being a bit slow due to high traffic.

I can just recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I liked.

I was unhappy our entire trip. We arrived thinking we were getting a two bedroom suit only to walk into an overpriced double bed room.The breakfast was not good other then the made to order omelet. We could have stayed the the locatio . Near the airport for a cheaper price and more beautiful location. I advise booking to ask the hotel for actual pictures of their location because it is nothing like the photo. We had to call for clean towels even after giving them our dirty ones two days in a row. We stayed at the embassy suits in Atlanta and it was beautiful nothing like this location. I feel my score should be lower. Due to the room mix up that they completely blamed on booking they gave us a small discount not the discount we asked for.

Got the same suite booked online with a King Bed, Mini-Fridge. Location of hotel was great and the shuttle to the airport was a big plus.

Convenience near airport and my office, food nearby also. Rooms were mostly quiet.

I had no idea the entire place was gutted out and under construction. There was no pool available and it smelled like a construction site as well.

I liked that it was always clean, also that they had great breakfast, and then the best part was that they had a ride called the shuttle. I took us to the mall of America and picked us up to go back to the hotel

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. Everything about it was great.

The two-room suite provided ample space for work and relaxation. The complimentary breakfast included made-to-order omelets and a variety of hot and cold options, quite satisfying. The staff were attentive, everything was well-managed , particularly during the busy breakfast hours.

The pool area was quite crowded, limiting the relaxation experience.

Happy hour, the snacks great break with the kids, pool was great

Overall, a beautiful facility with professional and courteous staff. The 2 room suite worked perfectly for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were lovely.

There were not enough elevators for the size of the building, and staff apologized saying this is something that is going to be addressed with a major remodeling effort at the end of this year.
